Breeam

Almenna is certified to provide consultation and accredited assessments in accordance with BREEAM International. 

BREEAM is the world’s longest standing and most widely used environmental assessment method that measures the environmental performances of buildings, from design and construction to operational management.

Included in this scheme are:

BREEAM Gulf for all building types
BREEAM Europe for retail, industrial and office buildings
BREEAM Europe for Toyota retail
BREEAM Bespoke, specially tailored assessments for buildings which are not covered by the above mentioned.

Almenna is proud to be a part of the Design Team, working on The Árni Magnússon Institue for Icelandic studies.
The house is designed accroding to BREEAM standards.
